Description
This thesis will be investigating organizational theory behind engagement within the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi (DSP) at Arizona State University. The focus will be around the lack of attendance and enthusiasm toward the required events for members within the fraternity despite a previous demonstration of engagement during their recruitment and pledging process.
