Background: Pulmonary embolism is a deadly condition that is often diagnosed using a technique known as computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA). CTPA reports are free-text, narrative-style forms of documentation conferring radiologist findings—both primary (regarding pulmonary embolism) and incidental.
