The Tuba and Euphonium Source Site is a database of original tuba and euphonium compositions in solo and chamber contexts written since 2012. The repertoire is intended to provide performers with useful information they may need to find the work, listen to, and write program notes. A modern adaptation inspired by the tuba and euphonium sourcebooks, the project is aimed at tuba and euphonium performers to expand their repertoire and expose them to composers and compositions with which they might not be familiar.
While several resources exist for the tuba and euphonium, they are either outdated or explicitly focused on a smaller group of composers. This project is intended to be a comprehensive source, with as many composers and works as possible, limited only by the date of composition and instrumentation. In the future, the database will continue to expand to provide tuba and euphonium players with the best resource for repertoire.
