Description
Preventing deaths from uncontrolled bleeding remains a national priority, as mass causality events in communities and schools continue to rise. National initiatives have been set in motion by the Department of Homeland Security, to teach laypersons hemorrhage control techniques while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive.
