Imagine you and your significant other are relaxing at home watching your favorite Netflix show. You are embraced equally between the arm of your couch and the arm of your significant other right in front of your television. While the living room is small, you both work long days to be in this very position, some would call this your natural environment. In your brief moment of bliss as you sink further into your couch, you have a shiver creep down your spine as you are pressed between your two loves. As you are disgruntled from either the approaching winter or your requirement to simply move, you reach up to turn your ceiling fan off. When you attempt to recover what comfort you peeled yourself out of, you discover a greater inconvenience as the fan blades begin to slide to a stop. Dust, grime and the results of dirty air are caked on the fan blades. You think of climbing onto your coffee table and wiping the blades as all the dust falls on you and your living room. With a sigh, you surmise to deal with the eye sore another day and hope you find the motivation to deal with it another day.

Beyond the analysis of the product, the program itself is reflected upon at the end to provide feedback for future years. The product, Flow ends the days of bad gifts being the only thing collecting dust in your house. The new ceiling fan gives you the ability to clean your home while circulating air, taking air quality off your shoulders and fixing it above your head. Flow takes the features from our normal ceiling fans we know and love but improves upon them to make them seamless to clean the blades and clean the air you breathe. Flow puts air purification in motion, so you can breathe easy in your own home.

Description
Through my research I had considered how feminism and reflection can be used in narrative poetry. In addition to research on narrative poetry, I had self-published a narrative poetry collection titled 100. which I self-published on Amazon through kindle and a hard copy. The study of feminist poetry is looked at in my research in order to further apply feminism and reflection to narrative poetry. The joys of feminism, culture, identity, and empowerment are discussed and explained throughout my poetry collection. There are three waves of feminism, and I focused on writing in the third wave feminism which doesn’t have a cohesive argument, but focuses on sharing stories that are unique to women. As well, third wave feminism discourages patriarchy and encourages socio-political action. Some common, and re-occurring themes include my transformation process during college, spirituality (my faith), and nature. In order to further my poetry collection I had looked at many feminist authors on culture, and narrative poetry collections in order to see how the creative process works, and how I could better benefit my narrative poetry through feminism and reflection on growing up and what it means to be a woman. I had encountered and tried to reflect highly on the unique stories I have encountered being a woman raised of a Catholic identity in Ohio. This collection of poetry is meant as a reflection on my college experience as a female, and sharing the empowerment I have as a woman that I hope to share with others.

Description
The "Dutch Dukeout" is a memorial, community engagement venture founded by Scott Fitzgerald and Sam Minton. The event was also supported and facilitated through the help of a third party member, Dylan Bryant. The "Dutch Dukeout" will continue annually, as an opportunity for Brophy College Preparatory alumni and current students to come together and connect. This venture also exists to celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Fr. Harry "Dutch" Olivier, a former, prominent faculty member of Brophy. Additionally, the "Dutch Dukeout" aims to raise money to support the Brophy Scholarship Foundation, a resource for current Brophy students to offset the financial burden it costs to attend the prominent college preparatory. Foremost, the "Dutch Dukeout" flag football tournament provides a powerful way for Brophy Alumni to reconnect with their school. By communicating and participating with graduates from various classes, alumni have an opportunity to provide valuable life lessons and share personal stories with the youth, as well as bond over their shared experience at Brophy. For a school that is able to continually develop community leaders and social activists, the "Dutch Dukeout" provides a platform for collaboration and inspiration for everyone who participates. By raising money to support the Brophy Scholarship Foundation and providing an opportunity for alumni to engage in their community, the "Dutch Dukeout" is an event that truly embodies Fr. Olivier's values and beliefs. This thesis report documents the ideas, work and efforts that were completed to launch and then ensure the success and longevity of the venture. It also serves as an example for future social entrepreneurs who aim to make a difference in communities of their own.

Description
Innovation Space is a program within Arizona State University in which two different sponsors fund three teams up to two thousand dollars so they may attempt to solve a prompt given by the sponsor. The teams consist of one student from each of the different schools Arizona State University contains. This includes one student from the W.P.Carey School of Business, Fulton School of Engineering, the School of Design, and School of Sustainability. This year, we had the opportunity to work with Johnson & Johnson and Adidas. Over the course of the year, we worked with Johnson & Johnson to deliver a more organic solution to typical mosquito repellent. The entire year consisted of seven phases. The first four phases dealt with customer research; much of this work involved secondary research online, surveys, interviews, and observations to discover our customer and validate that they would buy our product. Once we discovered who our customer was, then we had to brainstorm a solution to their customer pains. At the end of phase four, we had narrowed our brainstorming down to the top three ideas. Phases five through seven consisted of picking our top idea based off of our presentation to the stakeholders at Johnson & Johnson. Phases five through seven focused on how we would launch our product. At the end of the year, we had multiple business reports that continued to build on each other over the course of the year, as well as many other reports such as SWOT analysis, external forces conditions, and market fit plan.

The book includes pieces that reflect on identity, the self, institutions like religion and relationships, and overall social commentary rooted in the concept of perspective.

Description
This creative project discusses my experience studying abroad in Europe this past fall. It includes nine poems for each of the nine countries I visited, along with corresponding reflections and commentaries. The larger theme shows how I transformed from a tourist to a traveler.

Description
Throughout the year I had the opportunity to work on a business venture that utilized dendrites as a unique identifier. Dendrites themselves are completely unique, random, branching structures that occur everywhere in nature. This creative project was inspired by the shape of the dendrite and I created a series of 12 paintings reflecting on my own unique college journey.

Description
In this project, I will study how the Disney corporation altered the story Rapunzel and how those changes interact and are influenced by culture and time. The story is indicative of the time and culture that produced it, but it has been reproduced many times and in many cultures. I will compare the original Grimm Brothers' Rapunzel (1812) and the popular Disney film Tangled (2010). This project will be divided into two main parts to address these two distinct iterations of the story. In the first section, I will focus on this form of media's background information and relevance. In the second part, I will address the specific differences between the versions and their relevance. I will discuss the restraints and limitations of my research as well as possible future related research. I will establish the importance and value of fairy and folk tales as well as their widespread reciprocal impact. I will compare the effects of media in general on a population with a hypothesized impact of fairy and folktales. Furthermore, through all of this, I will critique the changes made by Disney.
