Financing lease has bloomed as a new financing tool in China for the last several years. In this thesis I investigate the factors that influence China’s automobile financial leasing decisions by both lessors and lessees through market surveys. Based on Probit regression analysis of the data collected from 250 companies and 300 individuals, I find that a firm is more likely to use automobile financial leasing when its corporate tax rate is lower, growth potential is more stabilized, and profit is higher. It is also more likely to happen when a firm's long-term debt ratio and its degree of internationalization are higher. At the individual level, I find that the likelihood of individuals’ leasing decision is influenced by their risk preference, income level, and car price. Individuals’ gender, age and education level show no effect.

Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis, I further find that financing costs, service value-added, and products diversity are the three most important competitive factors for the auto financial leasing service providers. This is the case for both the corporate and individual customers in the sample. By contrast, the factors of sales channel and government relationship are found to be much less important. Finally, through an in-depth case study of the leasing company Shanghai Auto Financial Leasing, I find that the key factors determining the customers’ credit default risk are interest rate and automobile type. I also investigate factors that influence business risk during the automobile procurement stage, at the selling stage, and toward the disposition stage. The managerial implications of the above results are discussed throughout the thesis.

The aim of this study is to conduct the empirical tests on consumer's emotional responses of product design and the relationship between emotion and consumer's attitudinal loyalty to identify if there exists potential relationship links between these two factors together by following certain regulation. This study also seeks to compare Brand Loyalty of Apple products across two different cultures - China and US to see if there are any differences regarding their brand loyalty construction and expression. The emotional responses on product design were also studied in order to reveal potential emotional design issues between the two different cultures. Results of this study show that: (1) Brand loyalty strengthens a consumer's emotion bond with a targeted brand through its product carrier. Emotion is seen as a predictor for brand loyalty based on consumer proportionality and conformity of expression. (2) Cognitive experience is not necessary nor a sufficient condition to build brand loyalty. Emotion and culture will be crucial in constructing brand loyalty without cognition. Cultural differences will affect brand loyalty, especially regarding attitudinal loyalty. (3) Different cultures share different ways of emotional expression. Based on the scope, limitations, and results of this research, Chinese consumers appear to be more sensitive in their emotional feelings of the iPad's design than American consumers.

原材料无法认证、加工工艺无法辨别、产品价格混乱的现象,成为我国红木市场三大痛

点。能否解决红木市场这三大痛点,成为未来红木行业能否健康顺利发展的关键因素。

针对红木行业存在的问题,本文应用市场交易效率理论、信息不对称理论、金融市场

微观结构理论对红木市场做理论梳理,通过实地调研获取红木企业发展现状、厘清传统红

木交易流程和各交易环节中存在的问题,尝试在信息不对称理论的框架下对行业和典型企

业进行分析,将红木市场的交易要素进行序列梳理,重构市场组织和流程再造,创造性地

利用现代的互联网技术,把涉及的非标准的市场要素进行标准化设计,使其成为可交易的

标准化标的产品,并在设计可操作性的红木交易平台上进行交易,从而解决现有红木市场

中信息不对称导致的市场交易效率低下问题。本文一共分为十一章,第一到第五章为绪论、理论研究和研究综述。主要根据市场交

易效率理论、信息不对称理论和金融市场微观结构理论,引出建立红木交易市场,从而为

后续红木交易市场的设计奠定理论基础。第五章,对红木产业及其市场的要素进行信息解

析,为后面的非标准的市场要素进行标准化设计提供依据。第六、第七章,主要对红木交

易市场的信息不对称现状、红木交易市场交易效率进行分析。第八、第九章,主要基于信

息对称条件下的交易要素标准化设计和交易架构设计。第十章,主要通过对实际数据抓

取,对红木交易平台的有效性进行实证对比验证。第十一章是本文的结论和建议。

由于红木交易平台的设计是弥补大宗交易的空白,特别是红木交易市场要素的非标

准化,给标准化交易架构的设计带来一定难度。红木交易平台未来运营与发展中可能会遇

到很多风险,特别是投资者资格认证、交易涉众等社会问题,本文限于篇幅没有进行研

究,留待今后实践中不断总结和修正。

Description中国水环境行业当前正处在以质量驱动、效率提升为主导的发展阶段,为积极响应国家政策以及环境发展导向,平衡公众日益增长的公共品需求同公共品短缺、低效之间的矛盾,抓住市场发展机遇,提高企业市场竞争中的核心能力,水环境行业必须要明确资本驱动、效率导向、服务标准提高要求下的价值流方向,加快行业发展动力的创新改革。因此,本文立足政府充分授权下的水环境企业战略联盟模式(具体体现为BOT模式)影响因素研究,包括如下几部分内容:

第一,界定政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟内涵,分析其形成的理论基础、水环境企业战略联盟的类型、发展差异性及战略联盟动因。通过梳理战略联盟理论国内外研究现状回顾及评述,提出政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式研究的主要问题。

第二,探索政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式的影响因素。通过对水环境基础设施战略联盟项目合同关键内容的深入分析,识别出政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式的关键影响因素。

第三,实证分析各关键因素对政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式效果的影响。运用回归分析方法对项目规模、政府政策、监督管理、激励机制、风险分配和投资回报对联盟模式效果的影响进行实证检验,验证了各影响因素对政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式效果的正向作用。

最后,对政府充分授权下水环境企业战略联盟模式影响因素及作用研究的结论进行总结。

Description基于中国人口老龄化加速、目前人均医疗支出偏低和国内医疗器械企业以中低端产品

为主的局面,中国的医疗器械行业正面临着巨大的发展机遇,投融资活动将迎来爆发式增

长。 在此背景下, 医疗器械企业的估值研究对投融资双方都有较大的意义。

我们假设医疗器械公司的产品差异度对其公司的估值有正面影响。

产品差异度定义为:该产品区别于其他竞争性产品的独特性,由以下六个方面构成:

产品唯一性水平、先进性(器械类别、优秀国产医疗设备个数、产品的专利化程度)、利润

边际和其市场容量,并对此用 12 个指标做出了定量的估计。本研究主要的数据来源是上市

的医疗器械公司,因为这些公司的相关数据取得比较容易且数据客观性较强。我们使用一

般回归分析测量产品差异度与公司估值之间的关系。在得出正面的回归结果之后, 我们采

用双重差分分析(DID)方法,验证实际情形下新产品相关信息发布对公司股价波动的影响。

根据回归分析结果:

1、 “产生营收的产品唯一性水平”和“边际利润”与市值有显著相关性: 说明医疗器械

类企业确实是核心产品驱动发展的, 产品唯一性程度高(已剔除那些已逐渐被市场淘汰的

产品) 说明市场定价能力强, 边际利润率高,盈利能力强, 进而对公司估值形成正面影

响。

2、 “”净利润“和”“互联网概念”与市值也呈现显著相关性。净利润的相关性是显而易见

的。互联网概念的相关性体现了互联网+医疗成为近几年市场的风口。

3、 其他一些指标未呈现明显的相关性,有可能是因为我们的数据量太少引起的, 也

有可能还有其他未在我们考虑范围内的因素导致的,也可能是因为中国目前的股票市场还

未到达半强式有效市场。这可能对其他行业的影响也是如此。

在后面进行的实证分析中, 除个别情况外,我们发现公司重磅新产品相关信息的发布

基本上对公司之后 1-30 个交易日的股价起到了较明显的推动作用。

In this study I investigate the factors that may influence consumer preference and choice in China’s home interior decoration industry. With the fast development of information technology such as the internet in China, it becomes increasingly important to have a more precise understanding of consumer preference and choice in home interior decoration decisions so that companies in this industry can provide better services to meet customer needs. Using survey data from a sample of potential customers and a sample of existing customers of a large home interior decoration company, I find that (1) internet has become the mostly used channel by consumers to gather information about home interior decoration, (2) design style is the most influential factor in consumers’ choice of home interior decoration company, and (3) consumers are more likely to choose home interior decoration companies to provide full services when they are between 35 to 45 years old or above 55 years old, when it is the first time for them to purchase a real estate property, and when they are located in the Eastern region of China. Findings of this study can help home interior decoration companies better understand customer needs and preferences, facilitate changes in their marketing and sales strategies, and consequently strengthen their competitive advantage.

Description汽车行业属于国家支柱型产业,创造了高额的产值,增加了就业岗位。随着汽车生产行业竞争日趋激烈的趋势影响,汽车经销商在未来会出现明显的分化,并且逐步向头部集中。基于这样的行业背景,本项研究开展汽车经销商整体经营和盈利能力等方面的详细深入分析,即系统整合汽车经销商业务运营层面和财务层面数据,结合统计研究方法,对经销商盈利能力进行系统且详实归因分析,从而试别驱动盈利能力的关键业务要素。其研究成果能够完善对行业发展规律和经营模式系统性理解,从而进一步指导该领域的相关业务实践,提高经销商整体经营业绩。本课题通过四个阶段来开展经销商整体经营与盈利归因的相关研究。首先,本课题梳理了中国汽车消费行业发展的历史,同时阐述样本期内(2018-2020年)国内宏观经济和汽车消费市场的特征进行,并介绍X品牌汽车经销商的地理分布、资质和业绩评级体系、自身经营特征以及汽车生产商对经销商扶持政策等方面。在第二阶段,本课题聚焦研究假设、模型与方法,通过对X品牌汽车经销商的业务结构和运营管理开展分析,并逐步识别影响经销商盈利的关键指标变量,并提出研究假设和相关模型(即时间序列模型和面板回归模型)。在第三阶段,本课题首先开展经销商相关信息整体性统计分析,获得关键业务指标在样本期内动态特征,并结合时间序列回归模型探讨各项业务指标对经销商整体盈利能力的影响程度。在第四阶段,本课题采用(个体)固定效应的面板回归模型来研究不同组别(控制)条件下经销商盈利能力的影响因素以及其盈利能力对这些因素的敏感程度,从而更深入和全面地揭示影响经销商盈利能力的潜在因素。 基于上述四阶段的研究结果,本研究进一步就提升经销商盈利能力展开讨论,并提出相应对策。本课题相关结论仅从X品牌汽车经销商经营和财务数据进行定性和定量分析获得,但衷心希望本研究的成果能够对汽车经销商改善经营业务方面能起到实践上的借鉴和指导意义。

Description中国乳制品(液态奶)行业进入成熟期,伊利、蒙牛等乳企寡头垄断,新乳业作为后进入者,洞察消费者购买乳制品除了获得实物产品外,还期望获得产品相关的附加服务和体验,因此开展了大量体验营销活动。企业独创性地推出了“食育乐园”活动,定期邀请消费者参观公司的牧场、工厂,开展知识互动、现场体验、自助DIY产品、美照话题分享等活动,获得了良好的消费者反馈。本文基于新乳业的体验营销活动,研究体验营销对消费者购买意愿的影响。本文研究研究了三个部分。首先从SOR理论(外部刺激、个体状态、个体反应)出发,以五种体验要素为自变量、以感知价值和品牌信任为中介变量、以购买意愿为因变量建立了体验营销对购买意愿的影响模型。通过问卷法收集了301份消费者数据,用实证分析检验了模型的有效性。结果显示:体验营销五要素中,感官、情感、思考和关联体验对购买意愿产生正影响,行动体验对购买意愿没有显著影响。在除了关联体验外的三个要素对购买意愿的正影响中,感知价值和品牌信任均有中介作用。分性别来看,男性组,感官、思考和关联体验对购买意愿有显著正影响;女性组,情感和关联体验对购买意愿有显著正影响。关联体验对购买意愿的正影响中,女性大于男性。 然后,本文采取事件法,分析比较消费者在参加体验营销活动前后购买意愿的变化,验证了体验营销对购买意愿的提升作用,整体提升7.1%。分人群来看:体验营销对购买意愿提升较大的群体为:女性; 40岁以上;家庭饮奶次数在3-7次/周;近期购买过竞品的消费者。据此,本文认为该类消费者可以作为未来体验营销活动的主力群体。 最后,本文对比分析了活动前后消费者的体验变量,并以此对新乳业的体验营销活动进行评价和优化。活动前后,关联体验提升幅度最大(11.4%),行动体验虽然提升幅度排第二(9.2%),但理论研究表明行动体验的提升并不能对购买意愿产生显著正影响。因此在未来活动设计中,重视与关联体验有关的设计、适度简化行动体验、强化感官体验、情感体验等更加直观的体验有利于提升活动效果。

Description随着移动互联网的快速发展,共享经济在我国产业结构转型升级中作用愈来愈大,IT服务的供给和需求已逐渐卷入共享经济发展的浪潮。本文以我国产业互联网生态建设中共享经济应用的典型IT技术服务生态平台——S公司为例,系统研究线上IT技术服务模式下客户满意度的构成和影响因素。针对当前IT服务需求与资源的不均衡情况,S公司将社会化协作、共享经济等新型理念植入线上IT共享服务平台,将分散在全国范围内不同行业、不同地域、不同层次IT服务需求(客服IT服务外包)和供给(工程师、服务商资源、备品备件资源等)进行资源整合,通过APP打通了传统方式下客户需求和IT服务资源供给间的通道,并部署了云端IT服务资源池,持续为客户提供高质量的IT服务。 本文构建了客户所处不同阶段满意度量表,并结合S公司线上IT服务平台模式特征建立客户满意度影响因素研究模型,并从客户层面、工程师层面、平台层面入手构建了不同阶段实证模型。本文主要从两方面着手:第一,构建系统化的客户评价量表,并借助问卷调查法获取有效数据,为后续实证储备资源;第二,通过构建多元线性回归模式,实证检验客户对工程师的满意度的影响因素和作用机理。实证结果发现:(1)客户层面,客户自身对产品或服务价值感知的认可度越高,客户的整体满意度越高;(2)实证结果并未发现工程师年龄、性别、历史接单量对客户满意度具有显著的正向或负向影响,工程师级别越高客户满意度水平越高,交易后教育程度对客户满意度具有正向影响,工程师优质的服务评价对客户满意度具有正向影响,工程师投诉率越高客户满意度越低,订单的延期或终止(特别是由工程师发起)会大大降低客户的满意度;(3)平台层面,平台下载量越高,客户的整体满意度越高。 本文的研究框架和实证结论不仅可以丰富学术界有关线上IT服务平台的客户评价体系,而且有助于从企业提升客户粘性、提升平台流量等角度系统分析影响客户粘性的主要因素,为线上共享服务平台的发展提供借鉴。
