Description

A collection of three short stories whose goal is to think about the differences between the lives of Tamil speaking Indians living in India and Tamil speaking Indians living in the US as immigrants. The central conflict in all three

A collection of three short stories whose goal is to think about the differences between the lives of Tamil speaking Indians living in India and Tamil speaking Indians living in the US as immigrants. The central conflict in all three stories comes from a general sense of discomfort around family members made worse by the personal ideology of each story’s central character. Their family is more aligned with Indian values but they feel more aligned with American values.
