There are many different types of worksite wellness programs such as group fitness, on-site facilities and health allowances. It is important to vary wellness activities due to individuals having different fitness and health motivation. This implementation can become costly and require resources and support that many companies do not want to provide without successful results. Focusing on the psychological health benefits to such programs will allow companies to recognize the increase in productivity and positive work environment that result in worksite wellness programs. This will allow not only employees to benefit from the implementation of such programs but also the succession of the company.
This paper will explore ways to seek future enhancements within worksite wellness programs. Individuals will be given ways to positively contribute to work environments while maintaining healthy lifestyles. Companies will also better understand the importance that top recruits in the industry see within these types of programs. Through worksite wellness programs, employees will be provided with the tools necessary to improve their physical and mental health, while companies will have a more positive work environment as a result.
application on the topic of Ideal Weightlifting Volume and Frequency for The Male Lifter. The
reason I decided to center my project around this topic is due to the plethora of information
available on this subject matter. However, I was more driven to pursue this subject matter due to
the lack of implementation and usage of all the relevant information and case studies offered to
us through the means of online journals, abstracts, reports, etc.
The application will be programmed using the software known as Android Studio. Inside
Android Studio, the programming language that will be utilized is Java. The goal for this
application is to gather information from the user, and with that information, create a conducive
weekly weightlifting regiment based on the wants and needs of the user. Furthermore, the
application will only create programs on a week to week basis, thus encouraging the user to
dabble with different preferences each week. Outputting the program on a week-to-week basis is
an integral logic of this program because it is my belief that if the user is given the privilege to
change their programming on a weekly basis this will allow for flexibility, adaptability, and the
pursuance of short-term goals, which is much more tangible in the onslaught of obtaining a goal.
When browsing through the app store or the internet, it is incredibly difficult to find online
programs that utilize research and scientific credibility. Many of these programs and trainers
offer quick results that are flashy and trendy, however lack any real qualitative reinforcement.
Thus, it is my mission, with my application, to create a program that is intuitive for the user, as
well as to provide scientific programming with proper citation of case studies and reports
conducted by educated individuals.
The objective of this thesis is to address, study and evaluate the current Veteran suicide epidemic and discuss current initiatives and recommended reforms to decrease Veteran suicide rates across the nation. This thesis holistically demonstrates the significance of this issue with presenting and analyzing extensive recent data and information gathered from military reports. Next, this thesis assesses federal policies and programs along with statewide suicide prevention efforts created to mitigate this issue, including unique anecdotal evidence and observed data. In order to illustrate the nature and efficacy of current suicide prevention measures, this thesis carefully relies on information from diverse primary sources, examining stories, claims, and perspectives from state Veterans-affiliated leadership, some of whom are former service-members themselves. To comprehensively unite these various state profiles and perspectives, this thesis conducts careful theme-based analysis, studying and dissecting each state using a uniform set of themes. Finally, this thesis proposes thoughtful and evidence-based recommendations for future efforts to further decrease Veteran suicides, offering insights for key changes to important processes and federal reporting as well as suggestions for the implementation of specialized prevention efforts on a nationwide scale with the goal of promoting the welfare of our nation’s former service members.

It was determined that with 95% confidence that the Gonicc Professional Foot Sleeve was the most effective in reducing inflammation. A prototype was developed based on the feedback of the participants. Further improvements, the prototype will be compared against the Gonicc Professional Foot Sleeve to determine which is the best solution to improve millions of RA patients' lives.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether an innovative injury prevention program based on the FIFA 11+ for soft tissue injuries increased the participation and engagement levels of children aged between 10-14 years old. The innovative injury prevention program consisted of FIFA 11+ activations turned into fun, recess-like, games. This was also considered a gamification of the FIFA 11+. Current research about the FIFA 11+ lacks studies that seek to understand the low engagement levels in injury prevention programs although they have been proven to be effective. This study conducted a five-week injury prevention program that was built in association with Dr. Cory. After every session, the participants were asked to fill out a five-minute survey where they were asked about their engagement levels during the session and if they would want to participate in the future. The data was collected via the Survey Monkey platform. The major findings of the study were that the participants enjoyed the program and the majority wanted to participate again in future sessions. It can be concluded that turning the FIFA 11+ exercises into fun, recess-like games results in increased engagement levels in the injury prevention program.
