Description城投债是地方政府投融资平台作为发行主体发行的债券,所融资金多被投入地方政府基础设施建设或者公益性项目,拥有地方政府信用的隐性担保。城投债在一定程度上缓解了地方政府在城市发展过程中资金的短缺问题,在我国城市化进程,促进当地经济发展,引导产业转型升级等方面做出了重大贡献。 随着城投债不断发展,代表城投债信用风险的主要考量点-城投债信用利差愈发备受关注。因为无论是城投债的承销机构,还是城投债的投资机构,包括涉及到城投债风险管控的政策制定部门,都会关注到城投债信用利差,那么影响城投债信用利差的影响因素有哪些呢,这些影响因素有哪些是对城投债信用利差有显著影响呢。 本文首先对城投债相关理论概念,包括政府投融资平台、城投债概念以及相关文献综述做了介绍;并指出了之前研究的一些不足之处等问题。同时对城投债的发展概况做了简要描述并进行了相关统计;其次针对影响城投债信用风险的相关因素进行了详细的分析,主要包括宏观经济因素分析、地方政府影响因素分析、发债主体影响因素分析和债项自身影响因素分析;通过分析每一种影响因素的具体情况,假设相关因素与信用利差的关系。然后再提取二手数据通过实证验证回归分析的方法分别验证假设是否成立,找出影响城投债信用风险的主要共同影响因素,同时得出影响最为强烈的几种因素。最后根据上述分析得出的相关结论, 提出防范与降低城投债信用风险的对策和建议。 该研究一方面引导市场正视城投债信用利差的各种因素,明确我们平时认为的影响因素和理论研究得出的影响因素是否一致;继而找到影响城投债信用利差的关键因素,供城 投债承销机构及投资机构做参考,同时提示城投债风险防范应重点关注的核心问题,为防范和降低城投债风险提供重要参考。

Description冷链物流主要是指食品在生产到消费者食用前始终处于适宜的温度环境,以保障食品品质、降低流通过程中的损耗。冷链物流相比于传统物流而言是一项更复杂的系统性工程,受到政策和市场需求的影响呈现迅猛发展态势。但是,冷链物流企业长期以来因规模小、固定资产少、服务范围窄、服务规范性弱而发展困难重重,核心问题是资金的问题。政府引导和鼓励打造冷链物流产业园,推动产业园投资和建设主体打造平台,实现对园区内冷链企业的聚集效应并通过金融服务解决企业发展的资金问题。通过产融结合助力冷链物流企业发展,成为目前冷链物流行业发展的主要方式和未来趋势。

本研究聚焦冷链物流产业园金融服务助力冷链物流企业发展问题,主要研究内容包括:第一,基于产融结合理论,梳理冷链物流企业与产业园之间关系,从供需两侧探索冷链物流企业和产业园的金融服务的范围、类型和特点。第二,基于平台理论,构建冷链物流企业采纳产业园金融服务的研究模型,探索金融服务影响冷链物流企业的经营因素,分析冷链物流企业采纳产业园金融服务的因素和途径。第三,基于信息不对称理论,关切信息技术支持和知识分享在冷链物流企业采纳产业园提供金融服务过程中的调节作用。同时,梳理产业园提供金融服务可能面临哪些风险,制订冷链物流企业入驻园区的标准,防范风险。

本文运用实证研究方法,通过对国内18家冷链物流相关的产业园、物流园、冷链物流、商贸流通、金融等企业实地考察和专家访谈基础上,拟定问卷并对268家企业进行调查收集数据,使用结构方程模型进行假设检验。研究发现:金融服务的有形性、可靠性、移情性、经济性对冷链物流企业采纳产业园金融服务影响显著,而响应性的影响不显著。同时

信息技术支持和知识共享的调节作用不显著。最后,针对产业园吸引冷链物流企业提供金融服务、冷链物流企业采纳产业园金融服务的风险,提出防范策略措施。

Description中国商品期货市场经历30年发展,已初备协调资源分配、对冲经营风险的功能。但受产业自身和期货市场发展的制约,各期货品种市场有效性参差不齐。随着我国经济从增量阶段过渡到存量阶段,期货作为企业的价格管理和风险控制工具的重要性日益凸显,因此研究我国商品期货市场有效性具有非常好的现实意义。

本文开创性的从期货的基本功能——资源配置的角度出发,提出有效市场是指其期货价格能够对本行业社会资源起到合理的调配作用的市场。在内容安排上,本文首先总结了现有国际成熟期货品种的特点并找出能够反映期货对资源配置能力的四个指标假说,分别为期现回归性、利润波动性、库存波动性以及现金流变化,然后通过数学模型证明指标数据和品种成熟度的关联,最后应用该套指标对我国商品市场有效性进行检验。数学方法上,本文先采用Bai-Perron内生多重结构突变模型对时间序列进行突变点检验,然后对断点时间序列分别进行多元回归,并在剔除季节性和周期性后,通过平稳性检验、ARCH效应检验结果来确定相应的Garch模型,并用Garch模型来描述时间序列的波动性。

通过数学验证,我们认为期现回归性、利润波动性、库存波动性以及现金流变化这四个指标可以作为反映期货成熟度的检验指标,用该套方法对国内部分活跃品种检验后发现大连豆粕期货已经具备成熟品种的特征,本文认为豆粕期货市场是有效的;PTA、玉米淀粉期货的四个检验指标在近年来表现出时间序列优化的特点,但因时间较短尚不稳定,可以认为是接近成熟的品种;而螺纹钢和铝期货在多数指标上表现不佳,表明他们对社会资源配置能力较差,因此本文认为螺纹钢和铝期货市场是活跃但非有效的。通过进一步分析,本文认为品种的期现回归性差是制约其资源配置能力发挥的关键因素,而交易标的不明确、

仓单制作难度大、产业参与度低以及期货设计中的其他限制因素又是导致期现回归性差的重要原因。

With years of continuous Chinese economic growth and accelerating aging population, better serving the changing demands in wealth management has become the new market development directions. As evidenced in international experiences, the embedded nature of privacy and isolation of managed assets in the trust business have demonstrated built-in consistency with the needs of high-end wealth management and inheritance; hence, trust has become a very fitting vehicle for wealth management. By 2014, total assets under trust management have reached RMB14trillion.

However, there is as yet a massive gap between the current service levels received by high net worth individuals and their requirements; a gap that is adverse in establishing a stable customer service relationship; which eventually hinders the vigorous development of the overall industry.

With modeling the gaps in service levels as the basic foundation, this paper first and foremost starts with the discussion on the issues in listening to service needs. This paper conducted customer surveys in such categories as customer expected and perceived service quality, service level design and standards, service provided in accordance with the design, and service commitment actually fulfilled. By correlation and regression analyses, this paper analyzed the characteristics of high net worth population, concluding that high net worth individuals with different gender, profession, age exhibit varying needs, preferences and other determining factors in wealth management.

This Paper has designed wealth management service standards and value-added asset allocation systems; the Paper has structured a systematic and disciplined framework in wealth management, which serves as a guideline in the implementation of leading wealth management and in the establishment of superior trust management services. In this paper, we use the method of qualitative and quantitative combination. First of all, through the interview of the net loan platform practitioners, the financing cost of the net loan platform comes from the internal and external parts. Part of the network loan platform should be righteous, but counterproductive human and material costs, credit costs, information efficiency, transaction costs and matching costs; part of the emerging industry as a challenge, compliance costs, technical costs and safety costs and other cost. And put forward the top design credit system, promote the credit system; build a unified development of regulatory policies to reduce compliance risks; increase investment in technology, share the improvement of technological progress bonuses. Through the establishment of the regression model, the paper analyzes the influence of various indexes of network loan platform on the cost of network reception. It is found that the background of net loan platform with shareholder and executive team as the proxy variable has significant influence on the cost of network loan platform. The effect is not significant. Risk control indicators on the net loan platform cost has a significant negative effect. The impact of operating capacity on the cost of net loan platform differentiation, the acquisition of the cost of positive relations, the other is negative relations. Policy compliance indicators of financial security on the net loan platform cost significantly, the other did not significantly affect the role of liquidity indicators of differentiation, the average borrowing period will significantly affect the net loan platform costs, liquidity is a negative impact. And finally put forward the policy and recommendations and research limitations and future direction.

existence of objects from which no direct information can be obtained

experimentally or observationally. A well known example is to

ascertain the existence of black holes of various masses in different

parts of the universe from indirect evidence, such as X-ray emissions.

In the field of complex networks, the problem of detecting

hidden nodes can be stated, as follows. Consider a network whose

topology is completely unknown but whose nodes consist of two types:

one accessible and another inaccessible from the outside world. The

accessible nodes can be observed or monitored, and it is assumed that time

series are available from each node in this group. The inaccessible

nodes are shielded from the outside and they are essentially

``hidden.'' The question is, based solely on the

available time series from the accessible nodes, can the existence and

locations of the hidden nodes be inferred? A completely data-driven,

compressive-sensing based method is developed to address this issue by utilizing

complex weighted networks of nonlinear oscillators, evolutionary game

and geospatial networks.

Both microbes and multicellular organisms actively regulate their cell

fate determination to cope with changing environments or to ensure

proper development. Here, the synthetic biology approaches are used to

engineer bistable gene networks to demonstrate that stochastic and

permanent cell fate determination can be achieved through initializing

gene regulatory networks (GRNs) at the boundary between dynamic

attractors. This is experimentally realized by linking a synthetic GRN

to a natural output of galactose metabolism regulation in yeast.

Combining mathematical modeling and flow cytometry, the

engineered systems are shown to be bistable and that inherent gene expression

stochasticity does not induce spontaneous state transitioning at

steady state. By interfacing rationally designed synthetic

GRNs with background gene regulation mechanisms, this work

investigates intricate properties of networks that illuminate possible

regulatory mechanisms for cell differentiation and development that

can be initiated from points of instability.
