Description随着计算机技术、互联网和云计算的高速发展,互联网+、大数据、平台战略、长尾理论、生态圈、区块链等正在颠覆传统商业模式的运作逻辑,网络化、移动化、平台化趋势逐渐清晰。本文聚焦“互联网+”与会展平台相互融合背景下创新性数字化现代会展平台商业模式,以国内智慧会展行业领头企业——欧马腾为例,深入剖析“互联网+”赋予会展平台新的价值和成长空间,并以数据赋能为切入点,从基于大数据技术的项目监理实践、基于人工智能技术的智能营销、基于大数据的绿色生态平台建设为典型场景,系统阐述互联网会展平台成长和价值背后的重要推动作用。

研究结果发现:第一,互联网技术是欧马腾商业模式创新的重要技术保障,并为其提供了社群营销思维、大数据思维和去中心化理念,推动了欧马腾商业模式变革;第二,大数据技术是欧马腾盈利快速增长的有利支撑。这主要在于欧马腾采用大数据技术对客户售前、售中、售后进行动态跟踪,通过技术手段不断完善客户服务体系和风险控制体系,提升客户的服务体验,促使欧马腾的市场认可度逐渐上升,成为国内展览行业翘楚,品牌优势不断凸显;第三,大数据赋能欧马腾风险控制,近年来欧马腾成功的审图监理项目风险事件率为0背后的核心要素为大数据技术在审图监理项目中的应用,这充分体现了欧马腾数据赋能风险控制的成功典范;第四,人工智能赋能会展行业营销模式创新变革,欧马腾以“人工智能+”新会展生态圈为切入点,构建了智慧营销,助力其营销模式变革和商业模式转型;第五,绿色会展平台助力欧马腾价值发现创造,欧马腾的绿色平台建设能够增强现有客户再次使用的意愿,即提升欧马腾的客户黏性,从而发现和创造企业价值。

本文的研究对我国会展相关企业转型、资源整合、快速发展、可持续发展等具有重要的理论参考价值和实践借鉴。

Description我国家具零售行业的供应链条中最为重要的部分就是供应商。如果企业决定实施低成本战略,那么采购成本就要实现不断降低,而这样就要求企业方要么尽可能地与供应商议价,要么以更低成本的新供应商替代现有供应商;如果企业决定实施差异化战略,除了在内部产品研发上进行更高的投入,还应寻求能够提供升级服务的或是具备资源优势的供应商,从而获取更加优质的原材料、更加精密的设备和更加领先的技术等。可以说,为了令家具零售业务有效展开,就必须寻找到合适的供应商并与之进行稳定合作。实际上,如何判断供应商的绩效水平,供应商的绩效水平如何影响企业的竞争优势,已经成为了家具零售企业提升其管理水平的关键性任务之一。因此,本文包括如下内容:

第一,界定供应商评估的关键要素。通过对家具零售业的产品类型、发展状况、行业特点等进行深入分析,并通过文献阅读与专家访谈,本文提出了家具供应商的8个评价指标并建立了一套评价体系。

第二,实证分析供应商评估结果对本产品绩效的影响。首先,本文提出了供应商评分对产品绩效影响的8个假设,并将产品战略定位作为调节变量,进而提出了8个带调节效应的研究假设。然后借助于M公司的真实供应商数据,运用回归分析方法,本文对假设进行了检验。

第三, 上述实证分析发现 (1)供应商的战略合作度、产品开发能力、内部管理能力和成本控制能力对产品绩效具有正向推动作用,而制造能力、采购能力、物流管理能力以及质量管理能力对产品绩效的影响不显著;(2)供应商的战略合作度、采购能力、制造能力、产品开发能力、质量管理能力的评分对创新型产品绩效比功能型产品绩效有更大的正向影响,而内部管理能力和成本控制能力对功能型产品绩效比创新型产品绩效有更大的正向影响,但产品战略定位对物流管理能力的调节作用并不显著.

Description本文是针对A股上市公司的社会价值所进行的模型开发与量化评估研究。

公司的社会价值,在本文中界定为公司所实现的经济、社会和环境等方面的综合贡献。随着全球和中国越来越重视可持续发展,公司的社会价值也越来越引起资本市场投资者的关注。

研究以具有原创性的“上市公司社会价值评估模型”为工具,以沪深300成分股为对象,以上市公司的经济、社会和环境的综合贡献为内容,筛选出社会价值量化得分居前99位的公司,形成义利99榜单和指数。

基于该模型和义利99榜单,博时基金已经发布了“博时中证可持续发展100指数”ETF产品(515090),标志着“义利99”从一项研究变成了可交易的基金产品。

“上市公司社会价值评估模型” ,将公司的社会价值分为三个方面,即目标、方式和效益。 “目标” (AIM)是建设更高质量、更有效率、更加公平和更可持续的美好未来,这是公司社会价值的驱动力; “方式” (APPROACH)是指创新的生产技术、运营模式和管理机制,这是公司社会价值的创新力; “效益” (ACTION)是指公司的经济、社会和环境的贡献,这是公司社会价值的转化力。该模型也称 “社会价值三A三力三合一模型” ,简称3A模型。

通过义利99指数和博时中证可持续发展100指数长达五年以上的回测分析发现,这些公司有相对更好、更平稳的市场表现,这两个指数存在Fama-French因子不能解释的超额收益率,即具有显著的正α。回归分析还显示,义利两个属性的因子都能贡献超额收益,但股票月收益率与利的指标成显著正向线性相关,与义的指标成正向线性相关但关系较弱。

“义利99” 是将上市公司对经济、社会和环境的贡献纳入模型进行量化评估的探索,有利于资本市场更好地关注上市公司的社会价值,并促进上市公司将社会价值纳入长期战略安排。

随着更多上市公司更好地承担起信息披露的责任,“义利99”未来将不会局限于沪深300,会有更广泛的应用。中国上市公司终将成为推动世界可持续发展的新动力。

Description2012年起,南京市委市政府主导实施以土地利用方式转变倒逼促进经济发展方式转型,出台政策条例推进原低效的纯工业用地向科研用地楼宇建设改变,拉开了南京科研用地性质的科研办公楼宇的发展序幕,后续更是直接审批科研用地项目发展总部经济或各类园区,用以促进鼓励相应产业的发展,这使得该类土地性质的楼宇有了进一步加速发展。如今全市的科研用地上已建成超过5000万平方的办公楼宇,客观来看,政策使得某些区域的城市化建设感观有了快速提升,对于政府鼓励的产业载体提供有快速提升,对于政府的城市更新和产业主导能力有极为明显的作用。这同时也形成了很多问题,如对于传统商办市场的影响,整体作为办公为使用功能的楼宇的市场格局的变化,总体供求关系的影响等。同时大体量的科研用地项目本身在交易环节面临交易价格低、销售速度慢、按揭贷款困难、产权证办理困难等诸多困境,在租赁环节面临去化周期长,租赁价格竞争激烈等问题。

通过对市场的观察,能够明显看出在同样办公的使用功能的前提下,科研用地交易价格远低于纯办公土地性质的办公用房,而且不同的科研用地的房产价格也有较为明显差异(即使在地段、硬件相似的前提下)。究其原因,主要存在于科研用地的诸多限制,即和纯粹的商办性质的楼宇相比,政府对于科研用地的楼宇规定了更多的限制条件,从产权的角度而言即产权的不完全因素。本研究通过南京科研用地楼宇产权不完全的现状这一现象,从产权的限制性因素出发,研究整体的产权不完全性对于交易价格的影响,进而拆分各个限制因素(不完全因素)对交易价格产生影响。

为研究调研科研楼宇市场的政策现状交易情况现状、政策中的哪些限制因素会对楼宇的交易价格产生影响、限制因素影响价格背后的传导机制如何等问题,研究者全面收集了政府出台的科研用地相关政策,深度访谈了6个科研项目开发者,并问卷调查了63组科研性质物业的购房客户,并以地段和硬件的可比性作为选择原则精选了五组纯办公土地性质的项目和不同限制条件的科研办公项目进行对比研究,对1023套科研办公、正常办公楼宇的实际成交价格的数据进行分析比较。

通过政策规定、土地出让合同、开发者访谈确定限制性因素,即不完全产权的因素;通过消费者购买认知,确定个因素在购买决策中的影响程度;运用相关性分析和回归分析对所获取的数据进行1023组数据进行分析研究,来探究不同因素对交易价格的影响。

研究发现:是否是科研用地、面积是否可以切分销售对交易价格有显著性的影响。可切分销售面积越小,交易价格越高。金融性和确权的不确定性也能够对价格产生强影响,购买主体限制对价格有弱影响,而交易比例限制和现售限制对价格无显著影响。对于限制因素影响价格背后的理论机制,研究发现科研用地政策中的限制因素首先影响市场流通中的有效需求,供需关系决定价格。

研究应用:1、科研用地政策激励作用是否兑现?从城市更新的角度来讲的的确起到非常大的作用;从产业引导来讲为企业提供了低成本的持有型研发办公的载体,或有补贴的低租金的办公空间;但对于部分科技型企业在没有考虑清楚的前提下,被动的投入了地产项目开发,消耗了资金和精力,未实现激励的初衷反而是适得其反。2、政府调控策略:可以通过间接控制自变量中的因素来实现,如面积可切分的大小、金融性和确权不确定性的改变可以有效调节项目的有效需求。3、开发者需对自己选定的项目的产权的不完全程度即限制条件有明确的结论对应关系的认知;购买者对于项目的不完全性进行适当的研究,以防出现和自身需求的错配关系。4、使用功能为办公的前提下,与纯办公相似的租金价格而更低的交易价格所带来的高回报率。回报率高为使用REITs金融工具解决问题提供了基础,而REITs的定价逻辑也一定会以使用价值实现拉动交易价值提升。这对于有大宗资产经营的持有者来说也许蕴含着巨大的机会。

Past research suggests that both Alcohol Expectancies and Subjective Response are strong predictors of drinking. However, most studies do not account for the shared variance or relations between the two. Social cognitive and expectancy theories suggest that cognitions may distort reality, creating a discrepancy between expected and subjective effects. Only one study has tested the effects of such discrepancies (Morean et al., 2015), but that study was cross-sectional, making it impossible to determine the direction of effects. As such, the present study sought to test prospective associations between expectancy-subjective response interactions and future drinking behavior. Participants (N=448) were randomly assigned to receive alcohol (target blood alcohol alcohol =.08 g%) or placebo, with 270 in the alcohol condition. Alcohol expectancies and subjective response were assessed across the full range of affective space of valence by arousal. Hierarchical regression tested whether expectancies, subjective response, and their interaction predicted follow-up drinking in 258 participants who reached a blood alcohol curve of >.06 (to differentiate blood alcohol curve limbs). Covariates included gender, age, drinking context, and baseline drinking. High arousal subjective response was tested on the ascending limb and low arousal subjective response on the descending limb. High arousal positive expectancies and subjective response interacted to predict future drinking, such that mean and low levels of high arousal positive subjective response were associated with more drinking when expectancies were higher. High arousal negative expectancies and subjective response also interacted to predict future drinking, such that high levels of high arousal negative subjective response marginally predicted more drinking when expectancies were lower. There were no interactions between low arousal positive or low arousal negative expectancies and subjective response. Results suggest that those who expected high arousal positive subjective response but did not receive many of these effects drank more, and those who did not expect to feel high arousal negative subjective response but did in fact feel these effects also drank more. The results suggest that challenging inaccurate positive expectancies and increasing awareness of true negative subjective response may be efficacious ways to reduce drinking.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between an adolescent girl with an orthopedic impairment and her wheelchair. The study looked at the relationship of a high school female and how she views her wheelchair as a separate entity and not an extension of her body. This study also looked at how the relationship with her wheelchair had a profound influence on how she self-identified, as a “normal girl” and refuted the disability identity that was assigned her. The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) states that there are about 6.7 million children in the U.S. with some type of a disability (NCES, 2019). Out of that number in the year 2015-16, there was a relatively small number of children with orthopedic impairments (i.e. 1% or 67,000). Approximately 16,640 of that number are females (NCES, 2019, OSEP, 2018, U.S. Department of Education, 2019). The NCES concludes that there are 0.8 percent of females between the ages of 3-22 that participate in some type of special education program at a public school in the Unites States.

This study moved away from the traditional humanist lens (human v nature) and instead employed new materialist and post humanist theoretical frameworks to explore the entangled material reality of the body-chair relationship. Exploring the body-chair relationship through a material discursive approach allowed for data to be read and re-read exploring the relationality between self and matter. The participant of the study refuted the notion to claim disability due to her ability to perform acts typical of a high school female (e.g. engage in social media, ride public transportation independently).

The results of the study suggest that a disability identity is multifaceted and diverse in similar ways, as are the people with impairments and disabilities. This dissertation provides the opening for further research to explore the disability identity and is not the final word. The relationality between self and matter is entangled with social discourse on what it means to be disabled. Questions not easily answered: Who gets to claim disability? Who does not? The implications for educations are numerous and profound.

Bivariate responses that comprise mixtures of binary and continuous variables are common in medical, engineering, and other scientific fields. There exist many works concerning the analysis of such mixed data. However, the research on optimal designs for this type of experiments is still scarce. The joint mixed responses model that is considered here involves a mixture of ordinary linear models for the continuous response and a generalized linear model for the binary response. Using the complete class approach, tighter upper bounds on the number of support points required for finding locally optimal designs are derived for the mixed responses models studied in this work.

In the first part of this dissertation, a theoretical result was developed to facilitate the search of locally symmetric optimal designs for mixed responses models with one continuous covariate. Then, the study was extended to mixed responses models that include group effects. Two types of mixed responses models with group effects were investigated. The first type includes models having no common parameters across subject group, and the second type of models allows some common parameters (e.g., a common slope) across groups. In addition to complete class results, an efficient algorithm (PSO-FM) was proposed to search for the A- and D-optimal designs. Finally, the first-order mixed responses model is extended to a type of a quadratic mixed responses model with a quadratic polynomial predictor placed in its linear model.

Description我国上市公司股东采取股权质押贷款方式融资非常普遍,股权质押贷款总余额已经高达5.70万亿元,这些贷款背后隐藏着巨大的风险。上市公司大股东采用股权质押贷款的动机可能是对未来乐观行业预期的资金需求,或者是由于股权转让的限制而采取的变相套现转移风险。后者的动机里本身就包含着上市公司大股东对自身股价已经估值过高的判断。本文通过分析上市公司股权质押贷款风险 (即,上市公司当年股价估值程度与上市公司下一年股价崩盘风险之间的关系)会因为股权质押动机的不同而存在差异。只有在套现动机下,当年股价估值程度才会导致下一年显著的股价崩盘风险,而在融资动机下当年股价估值程度与下一年股价崩盘风险之间的关系则呈现负相关。鉴于目前大多数上市公司并不会披露大股东质押所得资金的具体去向,本文通过融资约束程度这个维度对上市公司大股东股权质押的动机进行识别。当上市公司所受融资约束较低时,当年股价高估程度程度越大,下一年股价崩盘风险越大(正相关),上市公司进行股权质押的动机更倾向于高位套现。在融资约束程度高的情况下,上市公司股权质押更倾向于融资,当年股价估值程度越大,下一年上市公司股价崩盘风险越小(负相关)。 在大股东控制权高的情况下,对于所受融资约束程度低的上市公司,独立董事不论是比例高或者低,独立董事制度对大股东的股票质押的行为 (套现动机)无影响。 对于所受融资约束程度高的上市公司,独立董事在占比高时,对通过股票质押来融资的行为有强化作用,可以表现出其治理影响力,在独董占比低的情况下则无法产生作用。

Description多元化公司整体上市和分拆上市的理论与实践在国际市场已经较为成熟,而对于中国A股来说,分拆上市一直受制于政策;2019年以来,随着科创板的开启及A股将迎来的改革,多元化公司分拆上市也将迎来重要机遇。

多年来,学术界对于多元化公司在资本市场方面的研究主要聚焦于估值比较、相关影响因素以及整体上市和者分拆上市的法律、财务、风险等方面。而本文在已有理论基础上,从股权集中度、新兴行业、跨市场上市(A+H)三个方面研究中国多元化公司的整体或者分拆上市的行为选择,研究发现:大股东持股比例更高的公司更倾向于整体上市,新兴行业或者创新性的子公司更可能被分拆上市,跨多个股票市场上市的公司更倾向分拆上市子公司,这与委托代理理论和信息不对称理论的预测一致。

为了让研究更加全面并具实用性,本文加入了对中国平安集团和温氏集团的案例分析,还针对中介投行和研究人员的特定人群进行分析式调研,结果均较好支持了研究结论,使得本文的研究兼具理论创新和实际指导价值。

Phononic crystals are artificially engineered materials that can forbid phonon propagation in a specific frequency range that is referred to as a “phononic band gap.” Phononic crystals that have band gaps in the GHz to THz range can potentially enable sophisticated control over thermal transport with “phononic devices”. Calculations of the phononic band diagram are the standard method of determining if a given phononic crystal structure has a band gap. However, calculating the phononic band diagram is a computationally expensive and time-consuming process that can require sophisticated modeling and coding. In addition to this computational burden, the inverse process of designing a phononic crystal with a specific band gap center frequency and width is a challenging problem that requires extensive trial-and-error work.

In this dissertation, I first present colloidal nanocrystal superlattices as a new class of three-dimensional phononic crystals with periodicity in the sub-20 nm size regime using the plane wave expansion method. These calculations show that colloidal nanocrystal superlattices possess phononic band gaps with center frequencies in the 102 GHz range and widths in the 101 GHz range. Varying the colloidal nanocrystal size and composition provides additional opportunities to fine-tune the phononic band gap. This suggests that colloidal nanocrystal superlattices are a promising platform for the creation of high frequency phononic crystals.

For the next topic, I explore opportunities to use supervised machine learning for expedited discovery of phononic band gap presence, center frequency and width for over 14,000 two-dimensional phononic crystal structures. The best trained model predicts band gap formation, center frequencies and band gap widths, with 94% accuracy and coefficients of determination (R2) values of 0.66 and 0.83, respectively.

Lastly, I expand the above machine learning approach to use machine learning to design a phononic crystal for a given set of phononic band gap properties. The best model could predict elastic modulus of host and inclusion, density of host and inclusion, and diameter-to-lattice constant ratio for target center and width frequencies with coefficients of determinations of 0.94, 0.98, 0.94, 0.71, and 0.94 respectively. The high values coefficients of determination represents great opportunity for phononic crystal design.
