Description随着中国经济过去30多年的高速发展,出现了一大批的高收入人群,他们更注重生活的品质,如追求自然、简约、低调的休闲生活方式,更看重健康生活、自身的身心修养,和提高自身修养的内涵式生活,以及注重子女的内涵气质教育。

同时,具有很强烈地获得心理认同的需求,参加各种以消费和交往为媒介和主体活动的社群或“社交圈子”,在心理和情感上自我获得与其在财富、生活方式以及生活品位等诸方面都类似的群体间的身份认同感和归属感;更看着与其社会阶层相匹配的身份地位、社交人脉、兴趣爱好等。

因此,从运营的角度来看,如何增加上述这些高净值人群对高净值社群的归属感,进而提高其对高净值社群的忠诚度,是高净值社群进一步可持续经营和发展的基石。本研究以上海嘉庭俱乐部为例,在对问卷调查的基础上,通过实证研究,探讨影响高净值社群归属感与忠诚度的关键因素,高净值社群中会员的归属感与忠诚度的关系,会员生活型态的差异使得归属感与忠诚度的影响关系呈现显著的不同。

实证研究表明,“时尚流行”会员较为理性,其更注重休闲风尚;而“优雅休闲与享受尊荣”的会员则偏感性,其相当注重心灵感受与宁静舒适的感觉,强调全家共享以及纯封闭式的会员享受,能够更多地认识到与个人品味和品位相同的人,如对生活品质的追求、价值观、子女教育等;内心更开放、所接受教育程度更高的家庭,在嘉庭会感受到的归属感意识更高、其忠诚度也更高。

Unmanned aerial vehicles have received increased attention in the last decade due to their versatility, as well as the availability of inexpensive sensors (e.g. GPS, IMU) for their navigation and control. Multirotor vehicles, specifically quadrotors, have formed a fast growing field in robotics, with the range of applications spanning from surveil- lance and reconnaissance to agriculture and large area mapping. Although in most applications single quadrotors are used, there is an increasing interest in architectures controlling multiple quadrotors executing a collaborative task. This thesis introduces a new concept of control involving more than one quadrotors, according to which two quadrotors can be physically coupled in mid-flight. This concept equips the quadro- tors with new capabilities, e.g. increased payload or pursuit and capturing of other quadrotors. A comprehensive simulation of the approach is built to simulate coupled quadrotors. The dynamics and modeling of the coupled system is presented together with a discussion regarding the coupling mechanism, impact modeling and additional considerations that have been investigated. Simulation results are presented for cases of static coupling as well as enemy quadrotor pursuit and capture, together with an analysis of control methodology and gain tuning. Practical implementations are introduced as results show the feasibility of this design.

Youth participated in a 6-month lifestyle

Background: The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of a lifestyle intervention on cardiorespiratory fitness in Latino youth with obesity and prediabetes. <br/>Methods: Participants (n=50) in this study were taken from a larger randomized controlled trial (n=180, BMI ≥ 95th percentile). Youth participated in a 6-month lifestyle intervention that included physical activity (60 minutes, 3x/week) and nutrition and wellness classes (60 minutes, 1x/week) delivered to families at the Lincoln Family YMCA in Downtown Phoenix. The primary outcome was cardiorespiratory fitness measured at baseline and post-intervention.<br/>Results: The mean BMI for the sample was 33.17 ± 4.54 kg/m2, which put the participants in the 98.4th percentile. At baseline, the mean VO2max was 2737.02 ± 488.89 mL/min. The mean relative VO2max was 30.65 ± 3.87 mL/kg/min. VO2max values significantly increased from baseline to post-intervention (2737.022 ± 483.977 mL/min vs 2932.654 ± 96.062 mL/min, p<0.001). <br/>Conclusion: Culturally-grounded, family-focused lifestyle interventions are a promising approach for improving cardiorespiratory fitness in high-risk youth at risk for diabetes.

Through Founders Lab, our group designed an innovative new way for people to track their health and wellness. We created an app that uses a 4-part circle system where users track an everyday activity in the following areas: diet, exercise, development, and mental wellness. Users form small groups with friends and family members to provide support to one another. Through tracking their daily activities, users can earn tokens which are redeemable for relevant discounts with partnership brands. The app also hosts a variety of ways for users to be recognized for their healthy routines such as challenge trophies, activity history, and other social features. Overall, Circle Up aims to improve the daily routines of individuals to propel them into a healthier lifestyle, without the pressure of a curated social media feed.
