<dc:description>Ultimately, POTS is a debilitating disorder that significantly impacts daily functioning, quality of life, and mental health. Despite its widespread prevalence, particularly among women, it remains underdiagnosed and often misunderstood. Addressing gender disparities in healthcare, increasing awareness among medical professionals, and advancing research into POTS’ underlying mechanisms are essential steps toward improving diagnosis and treatment outcomes. Greater recognition of this condition will not only lead to earlier intervention but also ensure that patients receive the validation and care they deserve.
