                  <dc:description>Maison de Culture is a cross-cultural consulting firm developed as a Barrett Honors Thesis project to assist businesses navigating international expansion between the U.S., France, Romania, and Moldova. Through a blend of educational courses, personalized consulting, and an AI-powered multilingual chatbot called Le Guide, the project addresses cultural and operational gaps that hinder global growth. Over the course of the project, our team validated 15 key business assumptions using user testing, market research, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. We also launched a functioning digital platform and consulted with real clients to demonstrate the venture’s viability. This thesis combines academic rigor with entrepreneurial innovation to present a real-world solution to global business challenges.</dc:description>
