<dc:description>The aim of this thesis was to focus on a student guide for incoming nursing students. A literature review was run specifically focusing on Time Management and Mental Health in relation to nursing students, narrowing in on setbacks and potential strategies to overcome hardships in these areas. Two tables including Identifying the Issue Affecting Mental Health and Time (Table 1) and Key Solutions for Mental Health and Time Management (Table 2) compile key findings in an accessible resource for students. These tables highlight resources such as simulation practice, university mental health services, healthy lifestyle practices, and prioritization techniques. Resources provided support fostering strategies to manage stress, developing locus of control, and utilizing technology wisely to aid nursing students in improving their mental health and time management. Further consideration of mental health counseling and small group coaching, as well as positive outcomes of AI use in nursing programs, could provide essential support to students. Utilization of these strategies and resources will foster greater career satisfaction and a higher quality of care. </dc:description>
