                  <dc:description> Mental wellbeing for collegiate athletes is often overlooked however it is a huge part of consistent good performance and must be taken care of. Today, there are many different resources out there to help individuals better their mental health however they may not know where to find the best resources. Additionally, collegiate student-athletes have a very busy schedule so finding time to research the best techniques for mental well-being, especially regarding their sport can be too time consuming so they may just not even try. This is where creating an app consisting of resources to benefit the mental well being of athletes is a great idea. 
The app will consist of many different research based resources to benefit athletes who are dealing with the toll their mental health will take through playing their collegiate sport. The research based resources will include; articles, meditations, visualization exercises, relaxation exercises, podcasts, movies, personal assessments/goal setting. We have found these to be some of the best and most used resources available so they will be implemented into an app all together so it is easily accessible for the user.</dc:description>
