<dc:description>	This analytical thesis investigates the potential of smart contracts to enhance efficiency across different industries. Smart Contracts are beginning to impact how companies conduct business, and staying ahead of the curve is essential. By examining a multitude of articles, books, and reports on the topics of blockchain, smart contracts, and industrial impact, we make conclusions regarding the impact they will have on society, along with what society will have to accomplish to gain an adequate understanding of the technology in order to implement smart contracts. The different sectors examined within this thesis are the financial, healthcare, supply chain, real estate, retail and e-commerce, sales and marketing, international business, and emerging industries. We draw conclusions by examining how the technology impacts them and reduces inefficiencies.</dc:description>
