<dc:description>This thesis explores the mental health challenges faced by members of Arizona State University's Greek community, with a focus on stressors such as societal pressure, body image concerns, recruitment, substance use, and interpersonal relationships. Research highlights that Greek-affiliated students often experience higher rates of anxiety, depression, and trauma, exacerbated by unrealistic social expectations and harmful behaviors. Despite these challenges, mental health resources within Greek life remain limited. This project aims to raise awareness about these issues and promote mental well-being among fraternity and sorority members. By creating and distributing pamphlets at the Greek Life Community Center, this thesis provides accessible resources, highlights coping strategies, and encourages open conversations about mental health. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment within ASU's Greek community, where mental health is prioritized and the stigma is reduced.</dc:description>
