<dc:description>This analysis covers a longitudinal study of an investigational vitamin and mineral supplement for those affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Study participants were between the ages of three and fifteen years old. To compare with typically developed children, a control group of children screened as not affected by autism was assembled with age and sex matched demographics as a control group. Urine and blood samples were collected from the fifteen participants in the autistic group prior to treatment and at the end of the treatment period. Statistical analysis were conducted to summarize the differences found before and after treatment between the measured metabolites as well as differences from the control group.</dc:description>
