                  <dc:description>This thesis will navigate the diverse landscape of film production and provide a comprehensive overview of what goes on behind the silver screen months and sometimes years before the initial release date. The legal aspect of this thesis will touch upon the many contracts and legal documents involved in the pre- and post-production of a film to ensure the producer and those involved in production are legally protected from any contract disputes that may arise. The final portion of the thesis will outline several different financing strategies that are available for producers seeking capital to fund their production. This section will discuss the common challenges filmmakers face when seeking financing, such as budget constraints, market uncertainty, and managing investor expectations.</dc:description>
