This is a creative thesis with an essay/research component and a creative writing component. The essay component discusses the improper disposal of electronics in countries outside of the U.S, the impact of that waste on people, and the political/economic reasons for where electronic waste ends up. The short story uses satire and humor in order to engage the reader and draw attention to sustainability issues. It follows Lord Destroyer and Nettie, a supervillain and his assistant from an alternate Earth who are mistakenly teleported to our Earth. Lord Destroyer mistakes corporations for supervillain organizations and decides to co-opt them into his budding evil empire.
