With libraries facing budget and staffing cuts, we are all trying to do more with less and find ourselves dealing with new jobs and responsibilities. This 3-hour pre-conference will offer a variety of productivity tips, an introduction to technological tools to help you manage your workflow, and the opportunity to put what you’ve learned to use during the session.
